Job Description

    As an HRO Payroll & Client Operations professional in the voice process, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end payroll support activities, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional client communication. Your strong communication skills and analytical mindset will be key in delivering a seamless client-facing experience.Key Responsibilities:- Handle end-to-end payroll support activities, including managed and complex scenarios- Support US payroll processes such as W2, payroll escalations, and issue resolution- Ensure adherence to payroll compliance requirements and internal controls- Assist in payroll audits and data validations- Act as a key point of contact for client communication and payroll-related queries- Manage and resolve payroll escalations professionally and in a timely manner- Build strong relationships through effective stakeholder and client account management- Deliver a seamless client-facing experience through clear communication and problem-solvingKey Skills & Competencies:- Excellent voice and communication skills are mandatory- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities- Client-facing experience with a customer-first mindset- Ability to understand and manage complex payroll scenarios- Good understanding of payroll audits and compliance is preferred- Exposure to US payroll / global payroll is an added advantage- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlinesExperience Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of SME experience- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience (preferred, not mandatory)- Experience in HRO, payroll operations, or client services will be an advantageEducation:- Graduation in B.Com / M.Com- MBA from a reputed management school is preferredJoining this role will offer you:- Opportunity to work in a high-visibility HRO process- Strong exposure to client-facing payroll operations- Structured learning environment for candidates transitioning into payroll- An ideal role for professionals with excellent voice skills looking to build payroll expertise As an HRO Payroll & Client Operations professional in the voice process, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end payroll support activities, ensuring compliance, and providing exceptional client communication.
