Job Description

    You will be joining the Operations team at Mercer for the role of Specialist - Metrics, Analytics & Reporting, which is based in Pune/Gurgaon and requires working at least three days a week in the office.As part of the Individual calculations team, you will be responsible for supporting insurers of UK Occupational Pension Schemes with various member calculations. Your key responsibilities will include:- Performing individual member calculations for DB Schemes, member pensions, etc.- Receiving in-house virtual and in-person training on UK Employee Benefits- Contributing ideas to set up and improve process templates- Staying updated on legislative changes and procedures- Developing and building robust processes- Managing multiple assignments/projects effectively- Maintaining high quality work within agreed timelines- Following organizational guidelines and processes- Contributing ideas for process template improvements- Actively participating in team meetings for personal development- Training and sharing knowledge with colleaguesTo be eligible for this role, you should have:- Graduation in any stream- 3 years of relevant experience in pension scheme administration- Strong quantitative and analytical skills- Knowledge of EB pensions domain- Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team environment- Adaptability to organizational culture and business environmentAdditionally, having a Masters in Statistics/Mathematics, intermediate to advanced skills in MS-Excel, and knowledge of other forms of employee benefits will make you stand out.Joining the team at Mercer offers you professional development opportunities, interesting work, and a supportive environment.
