Job Description

    As a PMO professional at Amdocs, your role involves providing a formal, centralized layer of project control and integration in the unit/account program. You will serve as a trusted advisor to program managers, project managers, and service partners. Your responsibilities include assuming both execution responsibilities of specific project management areas, as well as program management governance support responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Build and supervise holistic (E2E) program/project plan, covering all aspects of the program - including deployment, give and get, etc.- Ensure accurate project planning, task ownership identification, and alignment with the charter to meet critical metrics and planned results.- Provide an integrative view and analysis of various project aspects within the program for better decision-making.- Supervise trends, highlight areas of concern, and address possible deviations from project and program plans.- Support program and project governance through project audits, reviews, and lessons-learned extraction.- Prepare risk management reports and statuses, review project activities for risks, and develop contingency plans.- Implement effective and auditable methods under the Project Management Offices responsibility and deploy project management tools and standard methodologies.Qualifications Required:- Total Experience: 7 - 11 Years- Strong analytical skills- Good interpersonal communication- Detail-oriented- Customer service orientation- Ability to interface with various levels of leadership- Proven experience in resource management- Initiative and self-direction abilities- Industrial Engineering degree (or similar)- Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, thought leadership, and solutions- Strong influencing and process implementation skills- Excellent oral and written communication, leadership skills, and self-motivation- Proficiency in MS Office suite- Knowledge of SDLC, Agile Project, SCRUM, Sprint, Iteration- Experience in Performance KPIs, Excel, project plan, PowerPoint- Budget management experience, P&L, SOW, PO InvoicingYou will love this job because you can serve as the project focal point, ensuring customer happiness, utilizing your insights to overcome technical challenges, and working in a multinational environment.
