Job Description

    As a Project Coordinator at Citco, you will play a crucial role in initiating and executing projects under the guidance of the Lead Project Coordinator. Your responsibilities will include defining project scope, tasks, and timelines, and identifying and managing stakeholders such as Project Sponsor(s) and Senior Management. You will work closely with the Lead Project Coordinator to independently execute projects, display sound judgment, and proactively manage risks and issues.Key Responsibilities:- Provide critical support on assigned projects, managing expectations and communicating delays to the Project Lead or Project Manager- Assist in developing project plans, defining business plans, gathering information from stakeholders, and ensuring project scope is clear- Identify and document detailed requirements for initiatives- Tailor communication plans for different stakeholder groups- Maintain project schedules and track progress against defined milestones- Identify, track, and escalate risks and issues to the Lead Project Coordinator or Project Manager- Conduct feasibility studies or cost-benefit analysis as required- Coach and mentor Junior Project Coordinators- Follow standard PGT PMO procedures and tools to manage projects to successful completion- Collaborate with PGT resources in various locations to enhance and refine standard proceduresQualifications:- Bachelors Degree in Finance preferred- 4 years experience with 1 to 2 years of core experience in managing Transition/Migration of business processes- Experience in fund administration transition is desirable- Project Management Certification (PMP or Prince II) is a plus- Ability to travel extensively on business requirements- Willingness to relocate or work out of different global delivery locationsCitco values your wellbeing and offers a range of benefits, training, and flexible working arrangements to support your career success and personal needs.
