Job Description

    As a Project Manager at Danfoss Power Solutions, you will play a crucial role in the digital transformation journey of the company. You will lead projects to develop innovative solutions that enhance the digital customer experience and support business growth. Your responsibilities will include:- Leading and managing projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to completion.- Demonstrating strong leadership, project management skills, and effective stakeholder communication.- Independently defining project goals, objectives, and scope for medium-sized projects.- Developing and overseeing comprehensive project plans and schedules.- Ensuring that all project initiatives align strategically with the organizations goals.- Guiding business units through the digital transformation journey as a trusted advisor.- Identifying, assessing, and managing project risks with appropriate mitigation strategies.- Providing regular updates on project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders and senior management.- Conducting post-project reviews to identify areas for improvement.- Effectively managing stakeholder relationships and expectations.Qualifications required for this role include:- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, IT, Business Management, or a related field.- At least 7 years of experience in project management.- Desired certifications in Project Management such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM.Join Danfoss Power Solutions and make a lasting impact by driving change through effective project management in the digital space.
