Job Description

    As a Prototype Bill of Materials Coordinator, your main responsibility will be to create and coordinate the entire prototype bill of materials based on the interior parts zone requirements. You will also be in charge of processing the PrNr description, expertise in PR numbers, and assembly flow. Your communication skills will be essential as you will be required to liaise with various departments within the Technical Development team and inform the Purchase department about ordering the necessary parts.**Key Responsibilities:**- Compile BOMs for Test Vehicles- Coordinate entrusted projects- Compile project specifications- Compile a combination of PR numbers for experimental vehicles- Develop reports on project status- Coordinate the parts list for test carriers- Save Bills of Material for IS PPS and test carriers- Analyze the accessibility of the test carriers- Suggest the final score of the bill of materials for test carriers- Propose schedules for projects- Verify BOM for test carriers and DMU- Check the completeness of parts lists and analyze weights with departments- Manage and process documents for IS VDS**Qualifications Required:**- Proficiency in MS Office- Fluent in English (B2 level)- German language skills at level 2 preferred- Basic knowledge of KVS, Connect, and Catia- Familiarity with proto changes and common knowledge about carsPlease note: Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.
