As a Proposal Writer at AllianceBernstein, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client service and retention efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:- **Write Low to Medium Complex Fund and Firm DDQs:** You will work on low to medium complex Fund and Firm Due Diligence Questionnaires to provide comprehensive information on traditional asset classes.- **Help in Maintenance of Consultant Database Profiles for AllianceBernstein Strategies:** Assist in maintaining data and narrative consultant database entries for AllianceBernsteins key Strategies to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.- **Produce High-Quality Drafts and Ensure Error-Free Upload/Maintenance of Database Entries and AUM and Staffing Data:** Generate high-quality drafts following AB specific best practices and ensure error-free entries to consultant databases. Additionally, maintain AllianceBernsteins AUM and staff files in alignment with firm practices.- **Handle Follow-ups:** Address follow-up questions from clients related to completed DDQs by researching responses as needed and coordinating with CRC Management and other Senior Subject Matter Experts for additional information.- **Understand Best Practices:** Familiarize yourself with AB policies, procedures, and best practices for providing responses and reporting information in DDQs, maintaining consultant database entries, and reporting AUM and Staffing numbers.- **Understand Systems and Sources:** Establish processes to access necessary information by staying up-to-date on systems, documents, websites, and internal resources essential for completing DDQs, maintaining consultant databases, and managing AUM and staff files effectively.- **Stakeholder Management:** Demonstrate a high degree of independence and professionalism in managing internal stakeholders, ensuring productive engagements through effective communication.Qualifications and Key Attributes for this role include:- **Experience:** 1-2 years of due diligence and/or consultant database experience with 1 to 5 years of overall experience.- **Track Record of Execution:** Proficiency in writing technical investment material and managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet client deadlines.- **Maintain Consultant Databases and other data:** Proficiency in maintaining data and narrative portions of consultant database profiles, with experience in managing firm-level quantitative data files.- **Strong Initiative and Judgment:** Ability to demonstrate initiative, good judgment, work well under pressure, and collaborate effectively with internal Senior SMEs.- **Exceptional Attention to Detail:** Highly organized with strong attention to detail.- **Strong Industry Knowledge:** Familiarity with GIPS regulations, Composite requirements, and global Fund marketing regulations.- **Technical Knowledge:** Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.- **Technology-Forward:** Preference for candidates with experience in leveraging technology, including AI, to complete DDQ drafts and maintain consultant databases efficiently. Experience with Responsive software is a plus.- **College Education:** MBA/MS/MA.
