Job Description

As a Reference Data Services Analyst 2 at our company, your role involves monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data related to customer accounts, security, and pricing data within multiple systems across various teams. You will be responsible for identifying policy gaps, formulating policies, interpreting data, and making recommendations to enhance data quality and client service levels. Additionally, you will act as a backup for the manager, provide direction and guidance to the team, evaluate performance, and identify training requirements. Managing and delivering project initiatives, supervising junior staff, and ensuring the successful completion of tasks contributing to the projects are also part of your responsibilities.Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and contribute to the creation and maintenance of customer accounts, security, and pricing data within multiple systems- Identify opportunities for improving data quality and client service levels- Act as a backup for the manager- Provide direction and guidance to the team, evaluate performance, make recommendations, and identify training requirements- Manage and deliver project initiatives and supervise junior staff to ensure task completionQualifications:- 0-2 years of relevant experience in client/counterparty/account data management within a global financial services organization- Good awareness of client needs and expectations- Financial services related qualifications (e.g. IAQ or similar)In this role, you will have a limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided, with your influence restricted to your own team. Your understanding of industry practices and standards will continue to develop, and you will play a crucial role in safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets by ensuring compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
