Retail IT Support Analyst - Level 2

Job Description

As a Retail IT Support Analyst - Level 2 at SystemsPlus, your role will involve understanding retail business operations and providing application support for Retail Systems with a specific focus on allocation, finance, and Point of Sale (POS) functionalities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate applications into and out of the Retail systems effectively.**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide second-line application support for Retail Systems (Merchandising and POS).- Manage Item Master, Purchase Order (PO) lifecycle, EDI messages, PO receiving processes, pricing & promotions, and user profile setup and audit.- Respond to and resolve incidents such as missing or incorrect pricing, failed EDI transmissions, delays in PO receiving, integration failures, product data inaccuracies, and device malfunctions.- Triage and prioritize incidents and service requests, collaborating with IT and vendors for issue resolution.- Translate technical issues into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.**Qualifications:**- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience.- 3-5 years of experience in Application Support with ITIL Knowledge.- Retail domain knowledge is essential.- Experience with retail ERP systems, particularly Aptos Merch, is a plus.- Proficiency in relational databases (SQL Server), SQL Server Reporting Service (SSRS), and Excel for data analysis.- Ability to analyze XML, JSON, and flat file data formats.- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Attention to detail, systematic thinking, and problem-solving skills.- Willingness to support regional business operations outside of local hours.If you are passionate about supporting retail business operations and have the required qualifications and experience, we encourage you to apply by sending your CV to [HIDDEN TEXT].
