Job Description

    As a Quality Analyst 2 at our company, you will be responsible for monitoring, assessing, analyzing, and evaluating processes and data. You will identify policy gaps, formulate policies, interpret data, and make recommendations. Your role will involve researching and interpreting factual information, identifying inconsistencies in data, defining business issues, and formulating recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices. You will integrate established disciplinary knowledge within your specialty area with a basic understanding of related industry practices. Your impact will be limited but direct on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided, restricted to your own team.Key Responsibilities:- Review performance over time and calculate/analyze performance trends.- Partner with business and/or training to identify performance issues; independently develop performance improvement tools.- Recommend specific action steps to improve quality.- Analyze processes, identify gaps, and formulate policies that have a limited but direct impact on the business.- Provide judgments and recommendations to management based on quality reviews.- Ensure work output is consistent and achieves the required quality standard by maintaining attention to detail and adherence to organizational processes.Qualifications:- Minimum 8 years of experience.- Experience in Retail Banking Operation with hands-on experience in products like debit/credit cards, lending products, loans, payments, and transactions.- Experience in Compliance, Vendor Audit, Risk and Control, Quality Control, Process Audit.- Previous experience as a Customer Solutions Officer is preferred.- Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity.- Solid skills in Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).- Attentive to detail and possesses high analytical skills.- Working knowledge of specialized products, processes, systems & services.Education:- Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience.Shift:Night Shift / NAM Shift.Please note that this job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
