Job Description

    As a Sales Professional in the medical industry, your role will involve meeting or exceeding sales quotas to increase the total market share in your assigned territory. You will be responsible for being an expert in the market for Synergy Capital & Spine products, submitting reports, and providing information as directed. Adhering to company policies and conducting business ethically will be key, while managing business with profitability in mind. You will cooperate with all personnel, create and implement an annual business plan, and provide service to customers based on their individual needs.Key Responsibilities:- Meet or exceed sales quotas to increase company market share- Become an expert in Synergy Capital & Spine products- Submit reports and provide information as directed- Adhere to company policies and conduct business ethically- Create and implement an annual business plan- Provide service to customers based on their individual needs- Recommend new products and modifications to the product line as appropriate- Attend sales meetings, training programs, conventions, and trade shows as directed- Prepare and submit call reports as required- Maintain Consignments and Loaner inventory in line with company guidelines- Stay attentive to competitors products and merchandising practicesQualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Science, Engineering, or Pharmacy- 6 to 9 years of sales experience- PG degree in Business Management preferred- Experience in handling a concept selling based therapy- Exceptional interpersonal skills- Computer literacy, including proficiency in the MS Office suite- Willingness to travel extensively- Demonstrated success in a sales function of technical equipmentExperience in direct sales, interpersonal skills, surgical products, market penetration, pharmaceuticals, analytics, regional sales, healthcare industry, customer service, and talent management will be beneficial for this role.Additionally, you should possess the following qualities:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in SFDC is advantageous- Self-starter with high initiative- Entrepreneurial drive and innovative thinking- Strong analytical ability and logical reasoning skills- Effective time management and execution excellence- High energy, positive outlook, and adaptability- Customer-focused with self-motivation- Ability to establish credibility with all levels of the customer baseYour role as a seasoned sales professional will involve managing large accounts, developing new customer relationships, implementing sales strategies, and closing sales with limited supervision.
