Job Description

    Role Overview:You will be responsible for providing software support for Arthrex HR Global systems, focusing on SAP ECC HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central. Your main tasks will include obtaining a deep understanding of HR business processes, recommending solutions, and participating in various application activities in an Enterprise environment. Key Responsibilities:- Support and configure a hybrid HRIS environment with SAP ECC HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, including data replication from EC to ECC HCM.- Gather and document requirements from end users in HR, discuss their requests and issues, explain system functionalities, train users, run reports, and collaborate with 3rd party vendors on interfaces.- Update and maintain SAP Workbooks and follow HR IT change management practices for bug fixes, enhancements, and service packs.- Create artifacts such as business case documentation, scope documentation, functional requirements, operational requirements, process flows, and test cases.- Participate in user acceptance testing, user training activities, and project delivery.- Adhere to Quality System Procedures and Change Control processes.- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for audits under management direction.- Complete QA Non-Conformance and Corrective Actions promptly.Qualification Required:- Bachelors / masters degree in CS / CE / IT from a premier technology institute.- Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience.- Experience with SAP ECC HCM and SAP SuccessFactors EC.Additional Details:This is an in-office position with a hybrid work schedule (2 days at home). The working hours are from 9 am to 6 pm IST, with flexibility required to collaborate with colleagues in Munich, U.S., and Singapore.
