Job Description

    You will be responsible for the synthesis and purification of assigned molecules/experiments, as well as conducting process development activities for the assigned molecule. Additionally, you will support the scaling up of developed processes in pilot plant and large-scale manufacturing processes. Your role will also involve providing complete support for Tech Transfer activities by closely collaborating with cross-functional teams. You are expected to add value to processes through innovation.Key Responsibilities:- Synthesis and purification of assigned molecules/experiments- Process development activity for the assigned molecule- Support scaling up of developed processes in pilot plant and large-scale manufacturing processes- Provide complete support for Tech Transfer activities by working closely with cross-functional teams- Add value to processes through innovation- Understand and analyze reports received from the Analytical department (NMR, Mass Spectrum, IR, HPLC, GC, etc.)- Partner with ADL to process samples for analysis as per requirementQualifications Required:- Relevant educational background in chemistry or related field- Prior experience in synthesis, purification, and process development- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret analytical reports- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsIf there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.
