Job Description

    As a technology evangelist in the core engineering team at MindTickle, your role is crucial in building, maintaining, and scaling products by selecting the most suitable architecture to meet business needs and achieve desired results within given constraints.**Key Responsibilities:**- Built, manage, and scale large-scale applications or infrastructure- Connect business problems to technical solutions effectively- Design and develop high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems- Collaborate within product streams and teams to implement best practices and utilize a world-class tech stack- Set quantifiable objectives to ensure high availability, performance, and quality attributes of systems- Implement essential tracking and alerting systems for infrastructure and software monitoring- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be a positive team player with a structured problem-solving approach- Be adaptable to learn new technologies as required**Qualifications:**- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or equivalent from reputed institutions like IITs or Top Tier Engineering Colleges- 3-8 years of experience in software development with expertise in Java/Scala, Node, and JavaScript- Proficiency in operating systems, MySQL, NoSQL databases (e.g., Redis, Couchbase, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or any graph database)- Working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)- Experience with Docker (docker.io) is a plus- Self-motivated and a strong team playerJoin MindTickles core engineering team to drive technological innovation and contribute to the success of cutting-edge products.
