Job Description

    As a Senior 3D Character Artist at Modmacon, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality, detailed, and visually compelling 3D character models for immersive gaming experiences. Your expertise in 3D art and stylized character creation will help bring game worlds to life. Below are your key responsibilities:- Minimum 5 to 7 years of experience in 3D art, animation, gaming, or visual effects, with a focus on stylized 3D art.- Expertise in 3D modeling for characters, environments, and props, emphasizing creative shapes and artistic detail.- Advanced skills in texturing and shading stylized assets using tools like Substance Painter, ZBrush, and Photoshop.- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D software like Autodesk Maya, Blender, and knowledge of sculpting tools.- Strong sense of visual storytelling, understanding of color theory, composition, and design principles.- Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges in 3D modeling, texturing, and rendering while optimizing assets for performance.- Collaboration skills to work with art directors, animators, and mentor junior artists to maintain a consistent stylized vision.- Adapt artistic techniques based on project feedback, stay updated with industry trends, and incorporate new tools for enhanced production quality.At Modmacon, you will enjoy creative growth opportunities, a competitive compensation package, a dynamic work culture focused on creativity and innovation, and exposure to working with leading game studios in the industry.,
