As a Fund Services FR Senior Accountant at Citco, you will be part of a market-leading organization that has been at the forefront of the asset servicing sector since 1948. Citcos commitment to innovation and excellence has allowed us to grow across various asset classes and geographies, setting us apart as a premier provider in the industry.Your Role:- Prepare and review annual, semi-annual, and quarterly financial statements in compliance with GAAP or IFRS standards- Compile and review balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, footnotes, and additional schedules as necessary- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reports such as Form PF and Form SLT- Establish strong relationships for regulatory reporting with internal stakeholders, clients, regulators (SEC), and audit firm personnel- Write and review reports related to engagements, provide adhoc reports to clients, troubleshoot Fund Accounting and client issues- Ensure accuracy of footnote disclosures by reviewing legal documents governing the fund- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external auditors, and coordinate the year-end financial statement process- Identify and investigate errors or issues, recommend solutions to team members or supervisors- Plan and organize work under limited supervision, suggest new methods and procedures for work assignmentsAbout You:- Possess four to six years of asset management accounting experience in Accounting Firm, Hedge Fund, Hedge Fund Administrator, Mutual Fund, or financial institution- Previous experience in Financial Statement Preparation- Hold a Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with at least 9 Accounting credits- Demonstrate excellent communication skillsIn addition to the exciting responsibilities and qualifications required for this role, Citco prioritizes the wellbeing of its employees by offering a range of benefits, training, education support, and flexible working arrangements.
