Senior Associate - O9 Supply Chain Advisory

Role Overview:As a Senior Associate in the Advisory line of service at PwC, you will specialize in operations consulting, focusing on providing consulting services to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, developing operational strategies, and offering guidance and support to help clients streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive business performance. Specifically, in the connected supply chain area, you will work on optimizing supply chain operations, enhancing end-to-end visibility and collaboration, and providing guidance on technology and data analytics to create a connected and agile supply chain network.Key Responsibilities:- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of industry best practices, business process solutions, technical architecture, and value proposition.- Lead the complete lifecycle of a project from design to delivery of solutions to customers across industries and geographies.- Understand customers requirements by leading workshops with functional and business owners, and effectively map business requirements into the platform.- Configure solutions to solve deep operations/supply chain problems and institute rigorous performance monitoring processes.- Plan, develop, and deliver training for a global user base.- Improve internal processes and product features based on customer feedback.- Support customer demonstrations and mentor junior members.Qualifications Required:- 4 years of experience with implementing supply chain planning applications is a must.- Knowledge of statistical optimization and simulation skills through software tools like R, SAS, CPLEX, or similar is desirable.- Deep understanding of supply chain planning concepts including Demand Management, Distribution Planning, Master Planning, and S&OP.- Proficiency in databases (SQL Server, MySQL) and languages like SQL, MDX, T-SQL is desirable.- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint for analysis and presentation.- Strong ability to lead by example, demonstrate proficiency in both product and domain, and prioritize high-value opportunities or risks.Additional Details:At PwC, you will be part of a purpose-led and values-driven work environment powered by technology.
