As a Senior Executive R2R GL Accounting at Kohler, your primary responsibility will be managing the General Ledger (GL) accounting processes within the Record to Report (R2R) function. This will involve ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and adherence to internal controls. Your role will also include overseeing monthly closing activities, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements.
