Senior Java Full Stack Developer (React)

Job Description

As a GCP-qualified cloud engineer for a large global investment bank working on Project Cirrus, your main focus will be on the FIC (fixed income and currencies) cloud migrations. Your role involves developing cloud-based compliance archive products to store real-time communications data in compliance with internal and external regulations. The product is created in an agile environment based on various business requirements to transition from project to product management for long-term compliance archive solutions.**Key Responsibilities:**- Design, develop, and maintain backend services- Integrate data from multiple databases and third-party services- Implement CI/CD and monitoring pipelines for continuous delivery- Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and Analytics teams for seamless deployment- Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting**Qualifications Required:**- Overall 7 to 10 years of experience as a Java Full Stack Developer with React- 5 years of experience in Core Java and Spring Framework- 4 years of experience in React and JavaScript- Strong proficiency in Core Java, J2EE, and Spring Boot frameworks- Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development with ReactJS- Database expertise in BigQuery, PostgreSQL, and Oracle DB- Experience with PL/SQL pipelines scripting and performance tuning- Proficient in gRPC communication protocols- Experience with CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance- Exposure to Elastic Search and Splunk for log monitoring and troubleshooting- Familiarity with New Relic for application performance monitoring- Strong debugging and analytical skills for production issue triaging- Knowledge of version control (Git) and build tools (Maven/Gradle)- Good understanding of design patterns, data structures, and multithreading**Nice to Have:**- Knowledge of containerization- Basic understanding of AI/ML integration for enterprise solutionsYou will be working alongside experienced engineers in the bank to contribute to the successful migration and deployment of applications to Google Cloud Platform while supporting the bank with state-of-the-art compliance archive solutions. Your role will also involve knowledge transfer to existing development and support teams.
