Job Description

    As a Java Full Stack Developer with React.js experience, you will be responsible for architecting and developing scalable Java applications for complex business challenges. You will work on optimizing and refactoring existing components to improve performance and maintainability. Additionally, you will lead UAT and demonstration sessions with key stakeholders, translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with global IT teams for seamless integration, support production rollouts, and provide ongoing maintenance.Key Responsibilities:- Architect and develop scalable Java applications for complex business challenges- Optimize and refactor existing components to improve performance and maintainability- Lead UAT and demonstration sessions with key stakeholders- Translate business requirements into technical specifications- Collaborate with global IT teams for seamless integration- Support production rollouts and provide ongoing maintenanceQualifications Required:- Minimum 7 years of experience with React.js, Typescript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS- Minimum 7 years of experience with Java backend development (Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, etc.)- Familiarity with relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, and Oracle- Familiarity with state management libraries- Understanding of performance optimization techniques for web applicationsPlease note that this position is based in Pune and follows a hybrid work mode, requiring 3 days in the office per week. The ideal candidate should be able to join immediately or within 30 days, as the company is not considering candidates with a notice period of 45-90 days.
