Senior Lead Analyst - Scrum Master

Job Description

As a Scrum Master at FIS, you will play a crucial role in facilitating and supporting multiple Scrum teams through Agile principles. Your responsibilities will include:- Serving as the Project Scrum team facilitator, ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and rules- Supporting Product Owners in backlog management and organization- Promoting self-organizing, cross-functional techniques for high-performing teams- Removing impediments to protect sprint goals and facilitating Scrum ceremonies- Promoting continuous improvement and practicing core agile principles- Providing status reporting on key performance indicators, schedules, resources, and milestone delivery- Managing project scope and timeline, coordinating sprints and meetings, and coaching team members in Agile frameworks- Facilitating internal communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution- Helping teams implement changes effectively and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards- Guiding development teams towards higher scrum maturityQualifications required for this role include:- Total 7-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a Scrum Master role- Experience in a Scrum Master role with a strong understanding of software development and SDLC cycle- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques, artifacts, and other Agile frameworks- Strong communication, servant leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business, or a similar field- Scrum Master certification is a plusAt FIS, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and relevant issues in financial services and technology, collaborating with a talented and fun team.
