Job Description

    As an experienced professional in the Automobile industry, you will be responsible for executing projects within the allocated area to ensure timely completion of all projects and services related to the Technical Services department. Your key responsibilities will include:- Facility execution & Process Proving: - Conducting Design Approval meetings with stakeholders for facilities planned, ensuring readiness at various milestones for timely delivery - Compliance with legal requirements for suppliers/service providers - Adherence to safety standards during execution of facilities & equipments - Proving facilities/equipments, manufacturing processes to ensure Delivery, Quality & Timeline - Arranging trainings for operation team on new equipments & technology - Delivering requirements to achieve station readiness score with CFT - Verification of MBOM, Estimate sheets, and other prerequisites for Cost roll up- Engineering Change Management: - Executing changes required for implementation of the DMLs released for current and new products - Conducting try-outs before implementation of changes - Resolving issues observed in trials by corrections- Process documentation: - Updating & releasing process documents for current products - Updating & releasing documents for corrections required as per feedbackIn your interactions, you will engage with internal stakeholders such as Lead Project Planning Execution, Functional & Admin reporting, Head-TS, Mfg Head Powertrain/Shop Heads, Safety, Machine Purchase, FMQ, Operations Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and external stakeholders like Suppliers, Legal Compliance, SCM, and GDC.Desired Candidate Profile:- Education: B.E/B. Tech- Experience: 8-12 years in Automobiles with expertise in Machining, Welding, Assembly Lines, Paint Shop, etc.Skills & Competencies:- Knowledge of technical services processes, manufacturing processes- Proficiency in MS Office- Strong decision-making and project management skills- Interpersonal effectiveness- Understanding of legal compliance requirements As an experienced professional in the Automobile industry, you will be responsible for executing projects within the allocated area to ensure timely completion of all projects and services related to the Technical Services department.
