Job Description

    As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Rapid7, your role is pivotal in driving and executing the recruitment strategy for emerging talent in the India market and beyond. You will own external relationships with local universities and diversity organizations as well as internal relationships with hiring managers and business leaders. Your responsibilities include full-lifecycle recruitment for all emerging talent roles from event management branding to pre-screening panel interviews, offer decisions, and onboarding.**Key Responsibilities:**- Be part of a global team responsible for hiring top entry-level talent pipelines- Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders by developing strategies to hire top entry-level talent- Provide an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication, timeliness, and feedback- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for interns and entry-level talent across various disciplines and locations- Develop nurture relationships with universities, diversity partners, and other external vendors- Oversee and manage all hiring events related to emerging talent including career fairs, in-office branding events, classroom lectures, and on-campus visits- Partner with the People Development team to create a unique onboarding experience for emerging talent hires- Manage the evaluation process for placement students throughout their placement year**Qualifications Required:**- 5 to 7 years of experience in campus recruitment, university relations, or a related role- Experience in developing and building emerging talent programs in a fast-paced environment- Demonstrated experience in hiring entry-level talent with a focus on diversity- Strong ability to work with teams reflecting a variety of backgrounds and professional experiencesRapid7 is a company that helps organizations worldwide protect what matters most, enabling innovation to thrive in an interconnected world.
