Senior UX Designer

Job Description

As a UX Designer at NIQ, you will play a crucial role in designing and delivering intuitive, engaging, and scalable product experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product Leads, engineers, and other designers to create user-centered solutions that align with business goals and enhance the end-user experience.Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Engineering, Data, QA) to define and design user experiences across multiple products.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs following established design systems and accessibility guidelines.- Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to inform design decisions.- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, data insights, and business requirements.- Document design specifications and provide assets for development handoff.- Contribute to and help evolve the design system to ensure consistency across products.- Partner with other designers to maintain design quality and share best practices.Qualifications:- 4 years of experience as a UX Designer or similar role in product design.- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for web and/or mobile applications.- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (preferred), Sketch, or Adobe XD.- Experience with usability testing and user research methods.- Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG).- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work across time zones.- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.Preferred Skills:- Experience working on B2B or data-heavy products.- Familiarity with design systems at scale.- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.In addition to the exciting work as a UX Designer, at NIQ you can enjoy a flexible and rewarding work environment with peer-to-peer recognition platforms.
