Site Supervisor (Interior Fit Out)

Job Description

As a Site Engineer Interior Fit-Out, your role involves analyzing drawings, coordinating with designers, and ensuring the feasibility of starting work at the site. You must have knowledge of various aspects such as furniture, fixtures, carpentry, plumbing, and finishing materials. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is required for layout planning and materials selection. Your responsibilities also include managing manpower, tools, materials, and ensuring site safety, cleanliness, and compliance with regulations.Key Responsibilities:- Analyze drawings, coordinate with designers, and update site conditions- Knowledge of furniture, fixtures, carpentry, plumbing, and finishing materials- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office for layout planning- Manage manpower, tools, materials availability, and site safety- Provide technical advice, troubleshoot equipment, and prepare engineering plans- Communicate adjustments to crew members, conduct site inspections, and write reports- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations- Allocate work to labor and vendors, supervise their work, and maintain attendance records- Prepare schedules of materials used, complete quality assurance, and manage supplier bills- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and possess a bike for transportationQualifications Required:- Engineering/Diploma in Interior/Civil with relevant experience- Managing multiple projects concurrently for timely completion and client satisfaction- Ability to resolve issues promptly and engage in creative and critical thinking- Previous experience in a commercial Interior Designer firm and knowledge of the interior design processThe company provides a monthly salary ranging from 15,000.00 to 25,000.00 along with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shift hours, with the requirement of being present at the work location in person.If you are interested in this role, you should be prepared to join immediately and travel across PAN India. Secondary education (10th pass) is preferred for this position.
