Job Description

    You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying successful LOS/LMS system features and services to support lending operations and related businesses. This includes resolving bugs in software features and ensuring timely delivery with high quality. You will also participate in defining secure, scalable, and low-latency services, as well as efficient physical processes. Collaboration with cross-functional teams on demanding projects is essential, along with the ability to break down complex problems into simple solutions. Understanding system inter-dependencies and limitations will be crucial to your role.Qualifications required for this position include an engineering degree in Computer Science/IT with a consistent academic performance. You should have at least 5 years of experience in end-to-end application development and a minimum of 1 year of system design or architecture experience. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Angular, and Ruby on Rails tech stacks is necessary. Additionally, familiarity with the finance/lending domain and apache fineract/mifos would be advantageous.About Us:MAG Finserv has been serving over 1 lakh customers for fifteen years, expanding its loan book by 60 times.
