Job Description

    As a Specialist Accounts Payable at Flex, you will be based in Pune and support the Specialist in processing transactions in the ERP system, handling supplier queries, resolving exceptions, reconciling supplier accounts, and preparing AP MIS reports. Your responsibilities will include:- Demonstrating strong knowledge of accounts payable processes- Utilizing good analytical abilities for effective problem-solving- Excelling in number crunching tasks- Utilizing ERP knowledge related to AP processes- Demonstrating proficiency in MS Excel and Email software- Showcasing good written and oral communication skills- Presenting effectively and collaborating well with the teamTo qualify for this role, you will need:- Bcom / BBA(Finance) / MCom / MBA(Finance) degree- Good understanding of MS applications- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts payablePreferred experiences for this role include:- Sound knowledge of accounting principles- Strong written and oral communication skills in English- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP Systems- Excellent analytical skills and ability to work well in a teamFlex offers benefits such as life insurance and paid time off to recognize and reward the great work you provide.
