Job Description

    As a Supply Network Inventory Planner at our company, you will be responsible for developing and executing inventory strategies and policies for our regional teams. By leveraging our Global Planning Digital tool, you will lead the overall inventory strategy for both Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM), working closely with replenishment, production, and raw material planners.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and own the inventory strategy and replenishment policies for the region based on the Global Planning Playbook.- Handle safety stock strategy in line with global requirements, ensuring impact assessments and approvals from key stakeholders.- Analyze and address issues related to slow-moving and excess inventory, identifying root causes and developing corrective plans.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Planning, Production Planning, and Raw Material Planning to align inventory strategies with business objectives.- Utilize the end-to-end planning tool for inventory modeling, updating safety stocks, and tracking key performance indicators.Qualifications Required:- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field.- 8 to 10 years of industry experience with 3 to 5 years in supply planning, replenishment, or inventory management.- Proficiency in supply-chain software and ERP systems, including Kinaxis Maestro and SAP ECC/S4 Hana.- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.- Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Joining our team at the company will provide you with opportunities to learn and grow in a diverse and inclusive environment.
