Support Engineer Night Shift

Job Description

Role Overview:You will be working as an L2 Support Engineer with 5 to 8 years of experience in global systems support, particularly in the Market/Credit Risk domain. Your role will involve ensuring the timely production of local and global risk measures and reports, monitoring overnight risk batch processes, responding to support incidents, managing incident tickets, and providing end-user service requests support. You will also be involved in Release Management on UAT and Production Environments.Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the timely production of local and global risk measures and reports daily- Monitor overnight risk batch processes and publish daily status reports- Respond to support incidents such as data load calculation or report generation failures- Manage incident tickets and track resolution through ITSM tools (JIRA ServiceNow)- Respond to end-user service requests- Conduct Release Management on UAT and Production EnvironmentsQualifications Required:- Experience in global systems support, with emphasis on the Market / Credit Risk domain- Understanding of financial products like Rates, FX, Equities, Credit, Commodities, etc, and familiarity with risk metrics such as VaR, FRTB, sensitivities, stress testsAdditional Company Details:Persistent is dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
