Job Description

    Review performance of own department against agreed SLAs & KPIs, and ensure KPIs are reliable, transparent, and up to date for all activities.Attend regular performance review meetings/conference calls with Nordic customers.Review Period & Management Reports.Chair Period Review meetings & regular Team meetings.Oversee the departments scope of service delivery, change and process improvement management including digitization efforts, migrations management, implementations of new teams/tasks.Coordinate handover of new activities from the Nordic business to CoEDelivering our vision, leading the employees towards our common goalsMonitor, coach and train subordinates on implementation of goals, policies and proceduresEscalate issues / non-compliance to senior management in the CoE & Elkjop GroupEngage in additional projects & system developments as agreedContinually review structure and roles to deliver business improvementsComplete regular Performance & Development Reviews (PDRs) with each team member & create Personal Development plans (PDP)Ensure Company controls & procedures are in place to deliver a safe secure & pleasant working environmentEnsure all process related documents are in place and up to dateManage department budget and profitabilityEnsure effective management of resources. Suitable for core times with the flexibility to meet business demandsSupport recruitment, training, and induction of new team members A minimum of 3 years Managerial experience, preferably within a retail environment.A Bachelors or Masters degree in relevant field.
