Job Description

    Key ResponsibilitiesJOB DESCRIPTION Adhere to the strategic vision for the global AP function, ensuring alignment with the companys overall strategy and objectives. Oversee AP operations conducted globally from multiple offices, ensuring high-quality, seamless, and cost-effective services. Oversee the processing of employee claims, ensure timely and accurate handling and ensure all claims are processed in compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards. Act as a liaison between employees and other stakeholders to resolve claims issues and answer queries. Prepare and present regular reports on claims activity, trends, and outcomes to senior management. Drive the standardization and harmonization of AP processes, identifying opportunities for improvements and implementing best practices. Assist in the Oracle Fusion ERP Implementation program.QualificationsAcademic Requirements : Bachelors / masters degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or professional certification. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of AP best practices, technologies, and industry trends. Hands-on experience in MS Office tools, such as Excel, Power Point, BI etc. Having Experience in managing end to end AP operations in ERP prefarably in Oracle Fusion.Skills Leadership and team management. Attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical and decision-making abilities. Effective communication and relationship-building.,
