Job Description

As a key member of the finance team at Expleo, you will be responsible for managing all accounting operations, including P2P, O2C, and RTR. Your role will involve overseeing the month-end accounting close, leading a team to deliver top-notch services within specified turnaround times, and supporting the Regional Finance Controller/Finance Managers with timely and accurate financial information. Additionally, you will collaborate cross-functionally with various departments to provide financial insights and relevant reporting, while also contributing to defining and reviewing accounting processes for continuous improvement.- Manage all accounting operations, including P2P, O2C, and RTR.- Oversee the month-end accounting close and review accounting and financial reports.- Lead and manage a team to ensure the delivery of high-quality services within turnaround times.- Support Regional Finance Controller/Finance Managers with timely and accurate financial information.- Work cross-functionally with various departments to provide financial insights and relevant reporting.- Assist in defining and reviewing accounting processes and suggest improvements.Qualifications:- CA/MBA (Finance) with 8 to 10 years of experience, preferably in a Finance Shared Services setup with IT/ITES MNCs.Expleo is a trusted partner for end-to-end, integrated engineering, quality services, and management consulting for digital transformation.
