Job Description

    As a Tech Support Analyst at UBS, your role will involve providing hands-on Level 2 production support for the Wealth Management Americas Advisory suite of applications. You will be responsible for governing production support execution aligned to the existing ITIL framework. Additionally, you will need to follow effective and efficient operational policies, processes, and procedures, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. Your responsibilities will also include involvement in automations, code debugging, incident resolution, service request resolution, defining workarounds for known errors, and initiating process improvements.Your expertise should ideally encompass 6 to 9 years of hands-on experience with Unix, Oracle, Sybase, Autosys, Java, Informatica, and cloud/Azure related technologies. Monitoring tools such as Azure, AppInsight, and AppDynamics are valuable skills for this role. You will be required to demonstrate expertise in code debugging, quick responses to incidents, and proficiency in Java, Unix, and Oracle. Flexibility to work in rotations and weekends, along with the ability to interact with multiple teams upstream and downstream, is essential. Being a good team player, driving the team to resolve technical issues, understanding client needs, and translating them into products and services are also key expectations.The Hosting Services team you will be working with provides quality services to ensure end-to-end production stability and availability by combining optimized utility services with dedicated centers of expertise.
