Technical Lead - Asp.Net

Role Overview:At Johnson Controls, you will be part of a global leader in creating smart, healthy, and sustainable buildings. By developing new features and components, as well as maintaining existing system software, you will play a key role in designing and developing robust system solutions that meet defined requirements. Your work will contribute to achieving net zero carbon emissions and creating a healthier planet through sustainable products and services.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and implement new feature/component development, maintenance, and stewardship of existing system software- Work collaboratively with a team of engineers to design and develop system solutions- Utilize standard engineering principles and company processes to complete assignments per project deadlines- Provide work estimates, control development work, and ensure project/system quality, reliability, and performance- Analyze the impact of changes on existing systems and propose solutions to minimize risk- Lead development team members, provide technical feedback, and participate in knowledge transfer initiatives- Perform unit testing of implementation changes and integration testing to ensure high-quality implementation- Provide assistance to testers and support personnel as needed- Demonstrate a can-do attitude and initiative in completing assigned activitiesQualifications Required:- BE/B.Tech/BCA/MCA in Computer Science- 6 to 8 years of software development experience on web-based applications- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills- Experience in writing detailed development-level documentation- Knowledge of refactoring techniques and experience with code management tools- Expertise in C#, ASP.net MVC, ASP.net WebAPI, SQL Server, LINQ, .Net Core- Understanding and experience with Unit Testing Frameworks, HTML5, CSS3, JQuery, ReactJS, Javascript, TypescriptAdditional Details:Johnson Controls is committed to investing in climate-related innovation and sustainability.
