Technical Project Manager, AVP

Job Description

Role Overview:As a Technical Project Manager at Deutsche Bank, you will be responsible for delivering project outputs within the agreed time, cost, and quality parameters. Your role involves coordinating and enhancing technological operations to improve functional performance and achieve Divisional business goals. You will collaborate with specialists, technicians, and analysts to ensure project deliverables are met. Active participation in end-to-end coordination across various stakeholders within the procurement domain is a key responsibility. Additionally, you will manage strategic relationships with key IT and Business stakeholders to provide tactical solutions.Key Responsibilities:- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Provide active reporting and analysis to keep stakeholders and management informed about progress- Manage product vendors engagement and communication- Analyze and identify risks and issues, resolving or escalating them appropriately- Understand functional requirements and expectations of stakeholders to develop an action plan- Work with product vendors and lead upgrades- Liaise with global stakeholders to deliver technology solutions- Identify technical issues in production and provide workarounds- Collaborate with incident managers, L1/L2 teams, Operations & data center colleagues- Work closely with vendor teams to understand release cycles and technical challenges- Utilize Microsoft Project and project management tools like Clarity- Ensure project work complies with standards, templates, and frameworks- Maintain stakeholder awareness, engagement, and communication- Ensure project compliance with the Programme Governance FrameworkQualification Required:- Must have a total of 12 years of experience with at least 5 years in Technical Project Management- Hands-on experience in technologies like SQL & .NET- Proficient in project management tools like Clarity- Experience in leading projects to successful conclusions- Graduate or Post Graduate from an accredited college or university- Professional qualification in Prince2 and/or PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus- Exposure to DevOps, Agile, and waterfall SDLC environmentsAdditional Company Details:Deutsche Bank promotes a culture of empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
