Job Description

    As an ideal candidate for the role, you should have hands-on knowledge and experience working on Windows OS for both Client and Server environments. Additionally, you should possess expertise in Active Directory, Azure Administration, and O365 administration. It is crucial to have a good understanding of O365 admin portals along with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively. A basic knowledge of the OSI model, switching, internet routing technologies, network concepts, cloud, and virtualization tools is also required. Furthermore, you should have a solid grasp of IT infrastructure and Security protocols.Your key responsibilities will include providing technical support for operational administration, Directory Services, servers, and TCP/IP networks. You will be expected to offer prompt and effective technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues. It is essential to assess faults, prioritize them, respond to them, and escalate when necessary. Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, are highly valued in this role. You should ensure correct comprehension, response time, and resolution of issues, requests, and emails. Proficiency in troubleshooting various problems is a must-have skill for this position.Qualifications Required:- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience- Bachelors/Masters Degree (any stream)The company operates during night shifts from 9 pm IST to 6 am IST, Monday to Friday. This is a full-time, permanent position located in person.This job will provide you with the opportunity to leverage your technical knowledge and experience to support critical IT operations and provide exceptional service to end-users.
