Job Description

    As a Technical Customer Support Executive in an international voice process, your role will involve handling inbound technical queries from customers around the globe. Your main responsibilities will include troubleshooting hardware/software issues and providing accurate resolutions promptly. It is crucial to document all customer interactions accurately in the system to maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound technical queries from international customers- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and provide accurate resolutions- Document customer interactions in the system with precision- Deliver a high standard of customer satisfaction through timely supportQualifications & Skills Required:- Minimum education required: 12th Pass (HSC)- Excellent English verbal communication skills are mandatory- Prior experience in a technical international voice process is mandatory- Strong technical troubleshooting ability in hardware/software- Flexibility to work in 24/7 rotational shiftsThe compensation offered for this position is up to 5.3 LPA, based on your current/last drawn CTC and experience. You will be required to work in a hybrid mode, including both office and remote work.Benefits include Provident Fund.
