As a Test Lead at Citco, you will play a crucial role in the Intelligent Automation (IA) team, focusing on designing and implementing automated testing processes. Your responsibilities will include:- Owning the execution of multiple concurrent testing projects from start to finish- Maintaining project reporting and project plans for senior management- Managing Working Group meetings for assigned projects- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance processes and drive efficiencies- Reviewing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to create and automate acceptance criteria- Identifying Test Automation Opportunities in business processes- Leading discussions with stakeholders to develop Test Plans- Creating and documenting test automation best practices and framework- Ensuring clear documentation of testing strategies using approved tools- Establishing processes for communication, reporting, and defining defects and defect fixes- Reporting on metrics demonstrating ROI from test automations- Implementing automation testing standards and best practices- Rolling out solutions to target teams/offices and implementing takeaways from retrospectives- Following industry standards while designing solutions and performing risk analysis- Coaching and developing staff for success and future management rolesYou should have:- Over 3 years of experience in agile project management- 5-7 years of experience in creating test automation using UiPath and other industry testing tools- Proficiency in test automation strategies in AI, RPA, and Mobile testing- Strategic mindset with problem-solving skills- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively- Undergrad degree in relevant fields- Excellent written and oral communication skills- Confidence in leading test reviews, design sessions, and reviewing technical documentationCitco offers a challenging role with opportunities for personal and professional development, competitive salary and benefits, a great working environment, and educational support.
