Job Description

Role Overview:YASH Technologies is seeking React Professionals with 4 to 6 years of experience to join their team in Pune. As a Frontend Developer at YASH, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining scalable, high-performance React applications while working on understanding requirements and applying system development methodology to deliver solutions of high complexity. You will collaborate with UX designers, integrate RESTful APIs, and ensure code quality standards are met.Key Responsibilities:- Work on understanding requirements and apply system development methodology to identify, analyze, design, build, configure, test, and deploy solutions of high complexity- Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance, and accessible React applications- Implement complex UI components using MUI and custom component libraries- Integrate RESTful APIs and manage application state with Redux Toolkit and Redux Saga- Write clean, modular, and testable code following best practices- Ensure minimum 90% code coverage through unit and integration tests- Collaborate with UX designers to implement pixel-perfect designs- Optimize application performance and bundle size- Participate in code reviews and mentor other developers- Maintain code quality standards using ESLint, Prettier, and SonarQube- Operate within a full-stack agile team and participate in all aspects of software development in Manufacturing Engineering IT, ensuring delivery adheres to architecture principles- Ensure high-quality software through adherence to engineering practices and enabling CI/CD and DevSecOps practices- Ensure collaboration across teams and business stakeholders across products- Maintain system documentation and keep it relevant as needed- Provide production support for the software product- Demonstrate strong communication and engagement skills align with team working agreementsQualification Required:- Strong problem-solving and communication skills- Experience with React 16, Redux, Micro frontend architecture, Axios, Mui, I18N, React Router, Vite, React testing-library, Jest & Playwright, DevSecOps, Scrum framework, vibe coding, Github actions, UI performance, and security- Good to have skills include AWS, Terraform, NewRelic, MCP, and TypescriptAt YASH, you are empowered to create a career path that aligns with your goals while working in an inclusive team environment.
