Job Description

Summary:As an Application Lead for Packaged Application Development, you will be responsible for leading the design, build, and configuration of Life Sciences applications. Your typical day will involve acting as the primary point of contact for the project team and ensuring successful delivery of the project.Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design, build, and configuration of Life Sciences applications, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budget.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the project team, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of the project, including testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Provide technical expertise in Life Sciences applications, including knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including security and data privacy standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
  • Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Life Sciences applications and leading end-to-end SAP projects.
  • Good To Have Skills: Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in Life Sciences applications.
  • This position is based at our Pune office.
