Learn more at www.avaya.com.Short DescriptionCommercializes Avayas entire portfolio (Cloud, Subscription, Premise, Services) from quote to cash in an end-to-end process flow. This involves gathering and processing business requirements into a form that the various IT application teams can implement across Avayas commercial tool suite. Requirements include configuration requirements, backend orchestration, professional services, activation/ramp, SKU creation, and ongoing support. These tasks are performed in a repeating schedule of due dates corresponding to previously scheduled tool release dates and the GA/Life-Cycle dates of the assigned products. Responsibilities include understanding the products current quoting, ordering, and licensing processes; understanding material coding methodology related to cloud, subscription, and billing; understanding commercialization GA schedules; understanding manual quote creation processes to improve automation and test cases; understanding integration points with Avayas existing products/portfolio; developing a consistent approach/process to cloud, and subscription offers.Skills/Tools: Bachelors degree (or equivalent experience), Jira, HP ALM, Confluence, Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point, Sharepoint), Trade Compliance knowledge (ECCN, internationalization), Intellectual Property.Experience10 Years of ExperienceEducationBachelor degree or equivalent experiencePreferred CertificationsFooterAvaya is an Equal Opportunity employer and a U.S. Federal Contractor.
