Job Description

Job Summary:Join our innovative team as a Capability Lead/Techno-Commercial Manager, where you will harness your extensive knowledge of JavaScript frameworks to drive technical excellence and business growth. With at least a decade of industry experience, you will be spearheading efforts in JavaScript, TypeScript, EcmaScript, Angular, React, Redux, and Node.js. Your role will be critical in shaping our UI architecture, enhancing code quality, and leading our dynamic team towards successful project deliveries. This multifaceted position also offers you the chance to make a significant impact across pre-sales, recruitment, and practice development initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership:

  • Oversee a talented team of developers, ensuring exceptional code quality and adherence to project schedules.
  • Perform thorough code reviews and offer expert technical guidance to boost code efficiency and maintainability.
  • Bring robust UI Architect experience to the forefront in designing and executing scalable web application architectures.
Pre-sales Support:
  • Take an active role in proposal development, providing precise estimations that will elevate our pre-sales engagements.
  • Apply your technical prowess to support our sales team in formulating enticing client proposals.
Project Delivery:
  • Harness your extensive project management skills to enhance our practice and account-level project delivery capabilities.
  • Foster technical strategy and innovation to surpass client expectations in project execution.
Recruitment Process:
  • Refine our technical recruitment approach by participating in L1 and L2 interviews, ensuring we attract and secure top-tier talent.
  • Design and implement rigorous technical assessments for prospective team members.
Bench Resource Management:
  • Guide bench employees, enhancing their skills and interview success rates to ensure they are project-ready.
  • Delegate Proof of Concept (PoC) tasks to bench resources to maintain and sharpen their technical abilities.
  • Oversee the development and execution of training and upskilling initiatives, promoting continuous learning within the team.
Practice Maturity Enhancement:
  • Provide visionary leadership to evolve the maturity of our technical practices.
  • Set and improve standards and best practices for our core technology stack, including Angular, React, and Node.js.
Qualifications:Essential:
  • A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • Over 10 years of relevant experience in software development and team management.
  • Mastery of TypeScript, EcmaScript, Angular, React, Redux, and Node.js.
  • Demonstrated success in project delivery and team leadership.
  • A strong portfolio of code review and technical mentorship.
Desirable:
  • Qualifications in project management and/or pertinent technical domains.
  • Previous client-facing or pre-sales experience.
  • A track record of effective bench resource management and talent development.
