Our purpose is anchored in a single truth bringing real positive changes in an increasingly virtual world and it drives us beyond generational gaps and disruptions of the future.We are looking forward to hire Azure Cloud Professionals in the following areas::As a Specialist within the Cloud Center of Excellence (CCoE), you will be a key player in driving the adoption, optimization, and governance of cloud technologies within the organization. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish best practices, provide guidance on cloud-related initiatives, and ensure the organizations cloud strategy aligns with business objectives.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud technologies, a deep understanding of industry best practices, and the ability to lead and mentor teams. This personnel is expected to lead and drive various initiatives as part of the CCOE group.You will also help teams explore & embrace new technologies & processes to enhance business deliveries and make the experience of your stakeholders seamless and smooth.Primary responsibilities of this position would be to:

• Design and Implement Cloud Engineering work items using industry best practices
• Deploy, manage and monitor Azure services, such as Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, Security and PaaS services
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures
• Evaluate and Automate the deployment and management of Azure infrastructure using Terraform, PowerShell, and other Infrastructure as Code tools
• Assist different teams to adopt new Azure cloud technologies in the environment
• Creation & deployment of various Azure services & offerings to meet different application development teams business needs.
• Collaborate with Architects & leadership to define and evolve the organizations cloud strategy.
• Establish and enforce cloud governance policies, ensuring compliance with security, cost, and operational standards.
• Review cloud recommendations & ensure optimization of Azure resources, including cost and utilization.
• Provide recommendations for newer & better technologies & processes.
• Manage and monitor the proof of concept (POC) environment and support different teams to leverage the POC effectively.
• Create and manage Key Performance Indicators and related Cloud reports to help business manage Cloud effectively and grow continuously
• Lead team of CCOE Engineers
• Help to build and mature Cloud center of excellence at the enterprise level working with Leaders
• Drives Cloud community of practice and influences other teams at org level to adopt best practices on cloud

Required Skills:

• Overall work experience of 12 years in information technology-related areas
• 5 years of Microsoft Azure experience involving design, deployment, configuration, and optimization
• 7 years of experience with Cloud technologies, including IaaS and PaaS solutions
• Experience in the design and operation of medium to large-scale enterprise infrastructure, databases, and application systems
• Strong experience & understanding of Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) - Azure Kubernetes services
• Experience working within an Agile framework, using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
• Monitor and optimize the performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of cloud infrastructure.
• PowerShell scripting experience
• Proficient with GIT and Bitbucket to perform source code management
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools and concepts - Azure Pipelines, Jenkins, Artifactory
• Good understanding of Cloud related best practices and global standards
• Knowledge of Security fundamentals in the cloud, particularly Azure.
• Understanding of Cloud governance (tagging, policies, etc.) and how its implemented on Azure
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic and ambiguous environment by combining analytical rigor and judgment.
• Ability to guide, mentor other cloud engineers and drive CCOE initiatives
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer experience, enthusiasm to drive positive change and persuasive ability.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written (ability to present detailed technical analysis, assumptions, and recommendations)
• Experience working within an Agile framework
• Good people management and project management skills
• Strong leadership, decision-making, accountability, problem-solving & innovative skills

Preferred Skills:

• Hands-on experience implementing Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) Terraform modules in an enterprise environment.
• Hands-on experience supporting large lift and shift Cloud migrations, and/or application modernization in an enterprise environment.
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing technologies, services, and best practices. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Should be able to troubleshoot issues pertaining to Azure and services on cloud.
• Strong understanding of security principles and best practices in cloud environments. Any prior experience of networking basics would be a bonus.
• Azure services like Azure functions, Azure PaaS services and comprehensive knowledge on Azure VMs, workflows, etc.
• Azure data services like Synapse, Databricks & ADF.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelors / Masters degree in computer science or equivalent experience/certification
• Azure certifications such as AZ-104, AZ-204 are preferred
