Job Purpose:Implementing sales & marketing strategy, achieving sales, profit and cash flow targets & developing and maintaining strong high-level contacts at key customers.Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead business growth in the region
  • Analysis, monitoring and evaluation of markets with respect to sales potentials, competitors activities as well as collaboration on annual sales planning
  • Monitoring of development trends at customers, early identification of and influence on customers aims in engineering and purchasing
  • Establish and maintain reliable customer relationships in the region
  • Major contact to the customer concerning commercial and - if necessary technical issues; understand and present technical concepts, internally and externally
  • Examination of contracts and documents (purchase, warranty conditions, purchase orders, etc.)
  • Elaboration of quotations and negotiations of them with the customers in accordance with the Head Customer Accounts
  • Ensure delivery of product and services to achieve Customer delight
  • Timely collection of all outstanding payments
  • Lead business growth in West & South India
