Job Description

JD:Installation and Configuration:

  • Install, configure, and maintain ForgeRock Identity and Access Management (IAM) components including OpenAM, OpenIDM, OpenDJ, and OpenIG.
  • Customize ForgeRock solutions to meet specific business requirements and integrate with other systems and applications.
System Administration:
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
  • Perform regular updates, patches, and upgrades to ensure systems are current and secure.
  • Manage user provisioning and de-provisioning processes.
Security Management:
  • Implement and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant security regulations and standards.
Troubleshooting and Support:
  • Provide level 2 and 3 support for ForgeRock-related issues.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve integration issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Prepare regular reports on system performance, security incidents, and other relevant metrics.
Collaboration and Training:
  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and operation of IAM systems.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and other IT staff on ForgeRock systems and best practices.
Technical Skills:
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts and protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Shell, Python) and database management (e.g., SQL, Oracle).
  • Familiarity with operating systems (Linux/Unix, Windows) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
