The Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operational activities, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining high standards of service delivery within the P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance process.Your Future EmployerA well-established organization in the P&C insurance industry, committed to operational efficiency, compliance, and customer satisfaction. The company fosters a collaborative work environment and is looking for an experienced leader to guide the insurance operations team.Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and comply with industry regulations. Develop procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the insurance operations team. Conduct training and foster a productive work environment.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize operational processes, implement automation tools, and coordinate across departments to ensure process efficiency.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure operations comply with legal standards and manage risks effectively.
  • Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Focus on customer satisfaction and ensure accurate processing of policies and claims. Address escalated issues promptly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Present operational performance reports, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field (Insurance certifications preferred).
  • 8-10 years of experience in a leadership role within P&C insurance.
  • Strong understanding of insurance policies, claims processes, underwriting, and regulations.
  • Proven leadership, team management, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in insurance management software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills.
