Job Description

Job PurposeWill be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the Risk Vigilance Unit:

  1. Setting the standards by which employees exercise financial prudence, setting guidance and counselling process setup, stakeholder management, working on strategies on data analysis, and working on approach on data analysis employee counselling.
  2. Reputation risk management process handling and setting metrics of fraud and aims to mitigate the risk.
  3. Field reputation risk management and liaison with law enforcement officers. Directly responsible for law enforcement retainer relationship.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Implementing financial prudence policy by supporting HR policy team.
  • Provide list of cases to HRP team on a quarterly basis and ensure these are closed within TAT.
  • Ensure proper recording of rationale provided by business & HRP through engagement.
  • Provide workout and extended workout periods in consultation with HR.
  • Highlight cases falling under this program to the Ethics & Compliance Committee.
  • Report open and closed observations to Employee Advisory Board on a quarterly basis.
  • The person should be from vigilance or RCU control unit to handle the strategic part.
Key Decisions / Dimensions
  1. Counselling & regular interaction with HR team.
  2. Employee counselling & support.
  3. Regular reporting requirements will report open and closed observations to Employee Advisory Board.
  4. Deal with on-ground law enforcement officers and travel extensively.
Major Challenges
  1. Confidentiality of data.
  2. Consistent approach in dealing with multiple employees.
  3. Handling law enforcement relationship.
Required Qualifications and Experiencea) Qualifications: Post Graduation or equivalentb) Work Experience: 10 years of experiencec) Skills Keywords:
  • Should have RCU or legal experience.
  • Good understanding of data analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel skills.
  • Employee counselling skills.
  • Presentation skills.
