This role demands a proactive leader with a deep understanding of Agile principles, hands-on experience in managing cross-functional web development teams and enabling the team to deliver high-quality digital solutions in a timely manner.This role requires close collaboration with various teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of digital solutions. Prior experience with Ortho specific solutions or Electronic Health Records (EHR)/EMR platforms will be highly beneficial.Key Responsibilities:Scrum Master Duties:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Ensure that Scrum principles are adhered to and the teams remain focused on their goals.
• Coach team members on Agile best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure well-groomed and prioritized backlogs.

Impediment Management:

• Proactively identify and remove impediments that may hinder teams progress, ensuring a clear line of accountability.
• Escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders when necessary to ensure swift resolution.
• Identify potential risks to product success and develop effective mitigation plans.

Communication and Collaboration:

• Serve as a liaison between the Teams, Product Owner, and other stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication.
• Foster a collaborative environment where teams are empowered to take ownership of their work.

Reporting and Metrics:

• Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights to stakeholders on team performance, velocity, and delivery progress.
• Use data to drive decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.

Risk Management:

• Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project stability and success.
• Establish robust risk management frameworks and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks with the ability to coach and guide teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on removing impediments and facilitating smooth project delivery.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Education:

• Bachelors / Masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
