  • Design, develop and implement business intelligence solutions for the organization helping to build infrastructure and tools required to support and improve the business and achieve data reporting and analysis goals.
  • Participate in client discussions during requirement gathering, development and post-production stages as required and helping them with technology decisions to be made during the course of time.
  • Should be willing to drive the customer discussions for the projects as required.
  • 4 years of experience in delivering business intelligence and Analytical solutions.
  • You should have good hands-on experience on Dimensional modeling for DWs.
  • Develop reports, dashboards scorecards, data exploration, and visual analytics using existing and emerging technologies and tools.
  • You must have worked with Reporting, visualization and Data tools (Qlik Sense / Qlikview/Tableau/ /Cognos/Oracle/Snowflake/Redshift).
  • Good experience in writing SQLs.
  • Experience in database and BI Migration projects.
  • Should have experience in all phases of the project - Requirement gathering, Estimation, Project Planning, Execution, Go-live and support.
  • Work closely with business stakeholder, data analyst and data engineering team to perform data transformation, strong ability to troubleshoot, resolve data issues, test and validate data flow and reports.
  • HealthCare domain related Business knowledge.
  • Process oriented with great documentation skills.
  • Keep informed concerning best practices, recommendations and training on concepts to team members.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
  • Ability to organize and lead meetings with business and operational data owners.
  • The ability to plan work and meet deadlines Accuracy and attention to detail.
