  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or the insurance sector, preferably in motor insurance.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets with strong negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital platforms.
  • Ensure that all sales processes, agreements, and transactions comply with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
